¿Cómo funcionamos?
Alguna vez leí, en un libro sobre la historia de las culturas, sobre la importancia del fuego. Cuando el ser humano comenzó a cocinar su comida, comenzó a tener un sueño profundo, cuando tuvo un sueño profundo el ser humando empezó a soñar y cuando soñó… imaginó y cuando imaginó pudo crear. Y ahí está la magia de la creación del arte, de las palabras, del pensamiento abstracto y de todas esas cosas que nos hacen increíbles.
Qué misterio encierra las complejas redes neuronales que creamos desde hace millones de años para desarrollar una compleja estructura social donde el amor, la amistad o la unión nos evoca la imaginación creadora.
Los seres humanos nacemos con el don de seguir aprendiendo fuera del útero de nuestra madre, lo que nos convierte en una compleja amalgama social, biológica, neuronal e intelectual.
Si no hubiéramos estado en manadas no hubiéramos sobrevivido, de las cavernas surge o se fundamentan nuestras relaciones sociales. La importancia de pasar el conocimiento de padre a hijo, el poder del amor, y ese compañerismo que solo puede nacer de una amistad. Sí, somos un órgano social, creciendo y adaptándonos de formas magnificas que a veces solo podrían ser entendidas por la partícula de Dios.
Nuestro grupo social: una constelación donde el ser humano va dando vuelta adaptándose y alistándose en el flujo cambiante de la información personal y de las relaciones humanas. Nacer antes de tiempo permite que nuestras patitas (dendritas) crezcan y ayuden que la cognición social y el control inhibitorio (lo que nos controla para no ser egoístas, agresivos, etc.). Estas dos cosas son fundamentales para pintar nuestras constelaciones sociales y, por ende, nuestro entorno social.
Pensemos en el océano, otro símil del universo y del cerebro, donde muy abajo se tiene vestigios de un mundo unicelular prehistórico, que ya no es utilizado porque está sumergido en abismos, muy profundo en el mar, pero no por eso ha dejado de existir. La primera capa sería como la punta del iceberg, la famosa metáfora de cualquier conducta en un estudio psicoanalítico.
“En el principio era el Verbo, y el Verbo era con Dios, y el Verbo era Dios” Sin entrar en doctrinas teológicas entendemos que el lenguaje es el comienzo para entender la diferencia fundamental que tenemos con cualquier otro mamífero, que es la decodificación de símbolos para almacenar nuestra historia, comunicar nuestros avances y para entender al humano: la escritura, la lectura, la lingüística. Y esto no se pudo crear sin que antes cada hemisferio cerebral se especializara.
Nuestras fobias. El miedo es el padre de la supervivencia y de los traumas modernos. Tener miedo, paralizarse, huir, no son más que vestigios de nuestras primeras herramientas de protección, sin embargo, actualmente no nos persiguen monstruos nocturnos, pero si carencias sociales que nos pueden llevar a estimular estas funciones primitivas y desarrollar traumas que terminarán en un diván.
¿Por qué nos duele el amor, la decepción o las rupturas?
¿Por qué no estamos dispuestos a cambiar, aunque todo cambie?
¿Qué es la felicidad?
¿Por qué no todos encontramos en un libro o en una pintura la estética que revoluciona el pensamiento?
Creo que nadie sabe las respuestas a las preguntas anteriores, pero en la búsqueda estamos varios y yo voy a intentarlo por medio del ARTE-LITERATURA-PSICOLOGÍA.
